Q. How do I activate my software?Q. How do I get a replacement copy of my software?A. If you have lost your CD or install files and need a replacement copy please email us with your serial number and company name. There is a fee for a replacement copy.
A. After installation, run the software and when you are asked for authorization codes just fill out and email us a code request form. The code request form can be downloaded from this link: Authorization Code Request Form
Q. How do I upgrade WSPGW to Version 14.10?A. Please email us with your existing serial number and version number. We will compare these to our records and either send you a quote for a discounted upgrade or free upgrade if you qualify.
